This popular soup from Georgian national cuisine is made with beef and rice. It is a little bit spicy, relatively dense and quite filling. Besides the main ingredients, kharcho is rich in various spices, thanks to which the soup is distinguished from the other popular soups with its unique taste. It is especially pleasant to taste it in winter and in cold weather. The dish is widespread in Armenia too.
Kharcho is served hot, you can add chopped garlic and greens before eating.
